Rowe Real Estate was founded by Eric (Rick) L. Rowe and began in the real estate business in 1977. With sales of over $300,000,000 Rick is recognized as one of the top brokers in the California Central Valley. Currently serving his fifth term as president of Central Valley Marketing and Exchange Group (commercial brokers) Rick has been active in both the commercial and residential markets for over 30 years.

Serving markets throughout California, from Sacramento to Los Angeles and the Bay Area to the Foothills, Rowe Real Estate has seen the Central Valley grow from an agricultural area to a thriving metropolitan community that still embraces it's agricultural roots.

Rick is a member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Central Valley Association of Realtors. He is accredited by NAR as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Also, as a member of Metrolist Multiple Listing Service, Rick can provide you with immediate information on properties from Merced to Sacramento, and Tracy to Oakdale.

Rick obtained his bachelors degree in marketing and business administration from BYU, then went on to UC, Berkley for an MBA and finally obtained his Juris Doctorate from Humphrey's College. Always continuing his education Rick is knowledgeable about all of the latest laws pertaining to real estate and particularly IRS Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges

Rick grew up in Modesto, married and raised his four children here. He is an active leader in his church and serves as an adult leader for the Boy Scouts of America.

Bryan joined Rowe Real Estate in 2005. After joining Rowe Real Estate, Bryan returned to school and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and went on to receive a Masters Degree in Accountancy, with an emphasis in taxation, from BYU. After graduation, Bryan worked as a Tax Consultant for Deloitte for 2 years consulting corporations, partnerships, and individuals on income taxes and tax planning. Bryan is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
